For Lenders

Lenders are an integral part of the closing process.

It takes a great loan officer to get to closing seamlessly. We help by providing same-day preliminary Settlement Statements that list all of our costs and all transfer and recordation taxes for the applicable county or city. We also turn around a title commitment to the lender the same day we receive our abstract, usually no more than three days after receiving a title request. Title Excellence expedites everything a lender needs to quote a Good Faith Estimate and get to settlement smoothly. We customarily have all work completed and sent to the lender early in the process, so we can get final loan approval and a final, Settlement Statement out to our customers days before settlement.

For all refinances, we automatically give a reissue (discount) to every borrower without the need for any documentation, such as an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy or previous Settlement Statements. This is just one example of our higher levels of service that we provide to our customers, that our customers deserve without asking.
