Pamela E. Roberts is the owner and operator of Title Excellence, which she founded in 2010. Pam has been a resident of Severna Park for over 35 years and has served the community in the real estate and title industry for over 20 years. As a former Realtor, Pam knows how important it is to get to settlement seamlessly, without issue, and ahead of schedule. Her goal is to always exceed the expectations of her clients.

Pam also believes in giving back to the community as much as possible. The charities she supports include Harvest for the Hungry, The Maryland Food Bank, Toys for Tots, Truckin’ 4 Troops, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Woods Church, and the Lighthouse Shelter.

I have been in the Title Industry for over 25 years working with clients on both commercial and residential settlements. I have lived on the Eastern Shore for my entire life and currently reside with my husband and 6 kids in Centreville, MD. My goal is to ease the minds of my clients and ensure a smooth transaction every time. I walk each party through the settlement process and keep everyone informed until each step has been completed. The key to success in my business is customer service. I want my customers to know that I am looking out for their best interest at all times. I travel to every county in Maryland for on-site and after-hour settlements at the location of their choosing.
